These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and events, including aura photography sessions, reports, and interpretations (“Services”). By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our Services. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the appointment and be present during the session.

2. Services Provided

Florida Aura Research & Photography LLC dba Wolfgang Roseworth (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides aura photography sessions by appointment only at our studio in Gainesville, Florida, along with personalized energy interpretation reports and optional digital analysis files or flash drives containing aura recordings. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official website. Walk-ins are not accepted.

We also provide mobile and event-based aura photography services at approved host locations throughout the world.

In addition, our online shop offers wellness-related and branded merchandise, which can be purchased exclusively through our website for delivery. Aura photography prints and flash drives provided at the studio are considered part of the photography service and are not sold as retail products.

All services and products are subject to availability and may require advance booking or payment at the time of order.

3. Booking and Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduler. Walk-ins may be accepted at select events when availability permits, but we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a session.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other digital methods through our secure processor (e.g., Square).

We also accept cash payments for in-person sessions at approved pop-up or event locations. If you plan to pay with cash, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of session fees.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services and products offered by Florida Aura Research & Photography LLC dba Wolfgang Roseworth must be made at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise stated. We accept payments securely through approved third-party processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and major credit or debit cards.

By completing a purchase or booking, you authorize these payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order, including any applicable taxes, shipping costs, and fees. You are responsible for ensuring that all billing information provided is accurate and complete.

All transactions are subject to verification and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order or service if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded. Digital products (e.g., aura photos, recorded sessions, energy reports, or flash drive) are non refundable once delivered.

For refunds on prepaid services canceled by Florida Aura Research & Photography LLC dba Wolfgang Roseworth due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, clients may request a reschedule or full refund.

6. Interpretations and Disclaimer

Our aura interpretations and wellness content are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical diagnoses or scientific assessments and should not be used to replace advice from licensed professionals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or changes to your energy or well-being. Individual experiences with our services may vary.

7. Privacy Policy

By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We comply with applicable data privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

If you agree to have your image used for marketing or educational purposes, we will ask you to sign a separate photo and video release form at the time of your session. You may decline without affecting your ability to receive services. 12. Client Behavior
