Thank you for shopping with Wolfgang Roseworth! Every item we offer is made-to-order just for you through our trusted print partners. Because each product is custom printed, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always happy to make it right.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work directly with our print partner to replace the item or issue a refund.

Include the following in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of:
- The entire item
- The damaged or defective area
- The packaging (if damaged)
Once we receive your information, we’ll review it and submit a claim to our print partner. If approved, we’ll either:
- Send you a free replacement, or
- Issue a refund (depending on your preference and the partner’s policy)
- There’s no need to return the damaged or defective item.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time:
- Double-check the tracking number provided in your shipping email.
- Confirm that your delivery address was entered correctly during checkout.
- If your package appears lost or delayed beyond a reasonable period, contact us at contactwolfgangroseworth@gmail.com so we can investigate with our shipping and print partners.
If the shipment is confirmed lost or misdelivered, we’ll offer a reprint or refund.
Please note: If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, replacement eligibility may be limited.
Cancellations or Order Changes
Because our products are printed immediately after an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made before printing begins.
If you need to cancel, email contactwolfgangroseworth@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch the order before it enters production, but once printing starts, it cannot be modified or canceled.
General Policy
- All Wolfgang Roseworth products are custom made-to-order through professional print partners.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or preference.
- We do replace or refund items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.
- All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed through the same payment method used for purchase.
As we expand our product line, some items may be fulfilled by different print providers. All partners follow similar made-to-order and replacement guidelines, and we’ll always ensure your experience is positive.

All of our products are made to order using trusted print partners. Because each item is custom printed just for you, please allow a short production period before your order ships.
Production Time
Most U.S. orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is processed. During peak seasons, holidays, or sales, production times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times (United States Only)
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you order multiple items, they may come from different print facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve any delivery issues.

Shipping Carriers
We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on which partner fulfills your order and where it’s being delivered.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
